Chat messages may be sent to any EventCollab contact at any time. If a message was sent while you were offline, it will be indicated by a red bubble, and the number of messages that are waiting.
Click the chat icon in the top menu bar, and the chat slide-out will display on the right.
Click the contact, and the chat window will open.
To know which of your contacts are online:
- Their name will be white instead of grey.
- A green dot will display on their avatar.
A time and date stamp also indicates when the message(s) was sent if sent while the recipient was offline.
