If any portion of your chat discussions would be useful to other team members, export the chat into a discussion within the event.
Export a Chat to Discussions:
1. Click the Export discussion bubble.
2. Click next to the individual comment lines, or a range to select those posts you want to export, and the check-marks display.
3. Click Export.
4. Enter a Discussion Title that will be descriptive for collaborators to access, and select which event it belongs to.
5. Click Create Discussion.
6. The discussion is now part of the event and the chat exchange will display in the Discussion section.
Note: You can also assign the discussion to a person or a circle within that event. If their notifications are on, they will receive an email notification that they've been added to a discussion.
7. To delete or edit any line of the discussion, click the settings wheel on the far right, and click delete or edit.
8. Make any desired changes.
