The following tasks are available on each Events page:
Details: The event details (dates, producer, venue, technical director, client, etc.)
Circles: The circles associated with the event.
Recent Activity: This section displays all of the activity associated with the selected circle within that event. For example, if someone was added to the Tech Team, it will list the person's email address and the day they were added.
Discussions: Each online chat discussion that has been saved in association with the event will display.
To-dos: The tasks associated with the event show here; completed tasks will still display under "Completed To-dos," and will be crossed-off.
To-do Templates: Create a template of tasks that can be easily imported to other events. Check out this video for more information:
Collaborators: Each person assigned to the circles of the event will display here. Their profile information will display, in addition to the permissions assigned to the individual.
Documents: Add and access documents associated with the event here; permissions can be assigned by circles on a document basis also, which will display on the card.
