There are two spots where you can access the Search function for HELP in EventCollab.


A. The top menu bar.



1. Click Help and the Support window will display.



2. Enter a search term and the solutions associated with the words will drop-down.



3. Select the item that relates to your search from the drop-down list.

You can also click Solutions, and the whole solution knowledge base will display; select any item within that window or enter a search term.



B. The headset icon at the bottom right corner of the window (displays on every page).



1. Click the icon and the following dialog will display.



2. Enter a term in the Subject or Search fields and solutions related to the term will show on the right.


This is also where you can submit any type of support ticket if something isn't working the way it should. Click the "Take Screenshot" option and the system automatically captures what is on screen behind the dialog (capturing where you are in EventCollab helps us solve the issue).
